What is a Ductless System?

A ductless air conditioner and or heat pump unit is an indoor unit that is actually an evaporator which is mounted on a wall, floor or in a ceiling. It often has a look that resembles a window air conditioning unit but smaller and quieter. The ductless split air conditioner and or heat pump includes a coil and blower inside the unit. Refrigerant lines run through hole in the wall to an outside source.
